With May just around the corner, and the launch of the new Seasonal Expressions, I wanted to let you know, there are 10 days remaining for you to shop for the beautiful products in the retiring Seasonal Expressions 1

The product I'd like to share is  - C1640 Friend in Me Stamp set [page 18]
Such a lovely stamp set with lovely quotes and beautiful flowers!
The flowers can be stamped onto a Scrapbooking layout as background stamping

or stamped onto white cardstock, coloured using our Watercolour Pencils or Paints and as you will see in my example, the flowers look stunning!
This card I created for a monthly Trading Card Group!
[Trading cards are generally 3.5" x 2.4"]
Love the quote "SISTERS for life, friends forever."

When creating the Trading Cards I begin by doing a couple of different designs until I'm happy with the end result. These are then shared with up to 10 fellow Trading Card peeps.
With the extra card, I mounted it onto a card with black and white base.
 
As the card measures 5.5" x 4.25" the black cardstock is cut 1/4" smaller. 
Black cut at 5.25" x 4"
White cut at 5" x 3.75"

When cutting the black, then white cardstock for the card base, I do a second set, to add to the inside of the card. 
Love how it reflects the front!

Today I would like to share with you a creation which features Close To My Heart’s Regatta papers

We all have off cuts of papers and sometimes zip strips from the papers left over after completing a project. Here is my Regatta Zip Strip card created using the zip strips from the Regatta papers; the scallop border maker; Crafted with Love stamp set; Sapphire and Pomegranate Exclusive Inks; 3D Form tape! 
It was so much fun and so quick and easy.

Today I would like to share with you a creation which features Close To My Heart’s "Stampaganza" Constant Campaign

With so many stamps to choose, I decided on Love Life stamp set D1482 Love Life - $27

Using White Cardstock cut at 5" x 3 3/4" I stamped the swirl starting at the top and centering it on the card, using Memento Black Ink. One of my favorite inks! Using Cranberry Ink, I stamped "happiness lives here" onto the bottom of the card [as well as the stamp number D1482]. 
Using the red hearts to embellish the swirl. Mounted onto black cardstock cut at 5 1/4" x 4", it fits perfectly onto a white daisy card blank from the value pack!

Limeade Washi Pack

The idea I've created for this blog, is adhering the Penelope Limeade Washi tape directly onto a Daisy White card blank.
It's a cute little card - "Hello there! How you doin'?"
 In the centre of the card, I've continued the theme of using the Washi and the Pear Cardstock! Love how it turned out.

The frog is sitting a little higher on the front of the card using 3D Thin Foam Tape.
 
The frog has been coloured using the watercolour paints, to match the colours of the Limeade washi tape!

What a cute stamp set for March Stamp of the Month "Sunshine Birdies"
Couldn't resist adding a little colour and decided to use the Watercolour paints to add some lovely bright colours to my cards and layout!


I wanted a fun single layout to use as a Title page, with space for photos, yet wanted to also capture the singing bird, notes, sun, butterflies and that little branch is so cute. So here it is!

The cards were created - one at a time. Initially I cut a 12" x 12" piece of white cardstock into 5" x 3 3/4" pieces [6 from a 12" sheet]. This size allows for the white to be mounted into a colour, or in this case I used black cardstock cut at 5 1/4" x 4". Using the watercolour paints I initially painted the fussy cut birds and sun, then added paints for the background.

Here are two ideas created using "Share The Love"

 The single layout was created to scrap 6  3 1/2" x 3 1/2" photos! I think the icons from the stamp set say it all "you make me Smile".

How cute is this tent card - just love "Share the Love", especially stamped within the Heart!
 [Rather than use the Daisy White Card blank & envelopes - I cut Daisy White Cardstock at 4 1/4" x 10"]
